This website exists to provide information on the life of Alida Harper as well as the unique features and history of the Harper Fowlkes House.

The House is located at 230 Barnard Street on Orleans Square in historic downtown Savannah, Georgia.   The Harper Fowlkes House is open for Tours three days a week, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.    Guided tours will be offered every 45 minutes, at 10 a.m., 10:45 a.m., 11:30 a.m., 12:15 p.m., 1:00 p.m., 1:45 p.m., and 2:30 p.m.  Call 912-234-2180 and leave a message for reservations and information.
